Tonight, a group of friends and me strolled through Temple Square. It was brilliantly decorated with bright lights and Christmas decor. As we walked, I noticed many people in groups ranging from young families, couples, to the elderly; all enjoying the amazing sights of the splendid sight. It seems like it is a thing to do, even if you are not LDS. The spectacular lights bring people across the state to come and see Temple Square.
Practically every tree is covered with lights of various colors abound. The fountains are lit and wreaths are hanging from the light poles. It brings the Christmas spirit to the center of downtown, which is rare in most urban cities.
This is truly a spectacular sight to behold, and a great place to get you into the Christmas spirit!
